We’re looking for our great Front Counter Team Member!
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Type: Hourly (plus bonus)
Shift: Morning (Mon-Sat: 11am-4pm, Sun: 11:30am-4pm),
Night (Mon-Thu: 4pm-10pm, Fri-Sat: 4pm-10:30pm, Sun: 4pm-9pm)
Location: 1218 N Frontage Rd, Meridian, MS 39301
Required Qualifications:
- Basic computer competency
- Keep a positive attitude and truthful character while going above and beyond for every guest who visits our restaurant
- Must must be available to work at least 3 days per week, and must be able to work one weekend night (Friday or Saturday)
- Hard Working, be punctual and responsible
- Has the ability to multitask, be calm under pressure
- Experience in the customer service is necessary
- Must be a minimum age of 16+ years old
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Takecustomer orders and hand out foods to correct customers.
- Maintain cleanliness on the front and drink counters, dining area and customer restroom.
- Observe sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follow Super Crown Wings’operational policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
